Primary Bathroom
This updated master bath is packed with features. Heated floor with a zero entry shower. The ceiling is accented with a backlit wood feature. Modern fixtures and finishes make this a beautiful new space.

Custom Kitchen
This kitchen received everything new! Custom cabinets which allowed for an improved layout - large built in pantry, beverage station and new countertop seating area. This kitchen features under cabinet lighting as well as additional overhead lighting and beautiful pendant lights. The tile and granite selections are the cherry on top to this gorgeous space!

Laundry/Mud Room Addition
Multi-use space addition to this home in Lenexa. There are heated floors, custom cabinets - mudroom space, desk and storage pantry. We used materials found in the rest of the house so it blends seamlessly with the original home.
First Floor Renovation
The whole first floor of this home received updates. Hardwoods throughout, opening up walls, a new semi-custom kitchen, custom storage unit built, popcorn removed and new paint.
First Floor living space updates
For this project we renovated the entry, dining room, kitchen and hearth room. The kitchen features a modified island with waterfall countertop, new countertops, and a granite backsplash. In the dining room we removed the fish tank and replaced with a custom wine storage unit.

Powder Room
Powder room with major wow factor! We collaborated with an interior design team for this project and it is beautiful.
Master Bathroom Remodel
Everything new for this master bathroom. Freestanding bathtub, gloss grey vanity and we added wainscotting. Floor has a cool design and the shower is tiled with two different sized hex tiles to coordinate.

Kitchen Refresh
For this kitchen we updated lighting, added a backsplash, painted cabinets, new granite countertop and updated appliances. If the layout and cabinets are working for you this is a great option to upgrade the look of your kitchen.
Guest Bath Renovation
We teamed with a designer for second floor renovation and this is the guest bathroom, which is attached to the new office. Beautiful use of tile throughout and striking finishes give this guest bath the wow factor!
Basement Finish
A recent basement finish completed! We added a custom wet bar, new half bath, and added a barn door to close off storage space. The bar is the showstopper with blue cabinets, striking tile and quartz countertops. The support beam received an oak wrap.
Portico Addition
Talk about updated curb appeal! We added this portico to the front of this home. Details include the stained bead board ceiling and trim to match the other updates made to the exterior.
Home Addition
Two rooms were added on to the back of this home. Space on the left is a great master closet and the room on the right is a new laundry space and half bath. New patio was poured as well to gain some additional outdoor living space.
Custom Garden Shed
Beautiful and unique garden shed inspired by Belgium design - definitely a fun build! This shed has diamond and traditional shaped cedar shingles, flower boxes and a fun arched door. This is a feature of the surrounding garden and houses tools needed to maintain space.
